I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a great experience. The location of this place is perfect as it is very close to the co-operative taxi stand, making it convenient for travel around. The hotel staff were always ready to extend their warm hospitality and were very helpful throughout my stay. The room service was prompt and efficient. The hotel also offers a range of amenities such as car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry service, which made my stay even more comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with amenities like heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The terrace and garden area were also great places to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Staff and views of the hotel were good! Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. The food was great with variety of choice!

The room was beautiful and comfortable, the staff was nice, and having dinner at the on-site restaurant Blue Poppy was a bonus.

The food offered on this trip was quite enjoyable and diverse in its offerings. the staff were quite amiable and willing to lend a hand when needed. the location of the hotel was also quite convenient, providing easy access to many tourist attractions in the area.

Alas, the state of the rooms left much to be desired. the furniture was outdated and the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar.

Had an amazing stay with mesmerizing views from the room and top-notch room service. The staff was always ready to help with a smile on their faces, especially Reshma, Barkha, and Pushpa from F&B. The property was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was serene. The dining was fantastic with commendable food and prompt service.

The location of the hotel was a bit isolated, making it difficult to commute around the city, although one can find co-op taxi stands nearby. The expense of getting transportation to the city was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel was situated in a great location, only a short journey down the hill from the busy market, and there was no need to worry about transport as the taxi stand was very close by. the staff were excellent and very hospitable, taking care of our every need. the breakfast was complimentary and the food served was of very high quality. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and great views of the surrounding area.

The hotel's limited view from the rooms could be seen as a slight downside, but this was not a major issue given the hotel's other facilities and advantages.
